Oooo a new routine... good luck with it! Hope the comping fairy is good to you :)
I was going to get into a routine with comping last week when I had time off work. But I didn't do any. Just twitter and PMU. Not gonna win much that way am I?!

    Morning all.

Toni hope you feel better soon. (hugs)

Hope everyone is feeling lucky today.

It is gray and dreary here this morning and I have to go to the bank. Fingers crossed it doesn't rain as I have woken up feeling rubbish and with a bad cold too.

    Have a lucky day today

a random question from me, am wanting to go to a slimming club and wondered if anyone had any recommendations of the best ones? Went to weightwatchers a few years ago but havent tried any of the others. Just wondered what others as well as WW are like now?

    thanks:D

Hi hjb123, I have tried both WW and SW, and can't make up my mind which i prefer.

With WW everything is pointed, as you know, so you have to be quite strict and stick within your daily allowance.

But with SW you can eat as much as you want depending on which plan you follow for that day. The days are split into Red, Green or a new one called EXTRA EASY, which i preffered as I couldnt get my head around red / green.

On EE, you can eat as much meat, eggs, fruit, veg, past, rice (brown) as you want, then you can add in 2 healthy options, such as cereal or bread, and some milk/cheese.
You basically make all your meals around the staples, then have up to 15 syns a day.
Syns aren't like ww points tho! for example a crumpet on WW was 1 point. On SW they are 5  so the 15 dont go very far.

Also the meetings.....WW were always quite fun, whereas I found SW to be a bit like a counselling group (but maybe that was just me/the class i chose) the leader used to go around the group and ask every person, what they had lost/gained :o. I never stayed after the first class.

PM me if you want any more info. There was a good site I used to use, will PM you if I can find it.

Sorry it was a bit longwinded....:rotfl:

    xx
