I normally go to the top of the comps board and do a search using 'ITV' in the search box, that brings up all the comps I need. HTH

Afternoon all - feel so rough today full of a cold.

The oh wants to go and see his sil in the hosp tomorrow - i can't go really can't face it after what happened to my aunty hope he understands xxxx

Well I walked to the sorting office and got soaked.
But I did get my Dr Who boxset from amazon
Sat here now on sofa with lappy watching biggest loser and tucking into some moroccan couscous for lunch
This is where I plan to stay until we go out tonight for a curry.

Shopping done and bets placed going well so far although I don't expect it to stay like this: I have one winner.

I have a cooking question please: how do I cook a lamb joint in a slow cooker without the sauce? leaving this till the end. Do I have to add water sorry I did it before but I added the sauce early.
