Hi everyone. Went out in the snow for a couple of hours for a nice long walk. Where we live is semi rural / near the river so it was really nice. Now going to catch up on the comps :beer:

Mr random text sent a text back saying he is confused?
So Paul has said if he wants to come over for tea and mince pie to hurry as it will ready at 6pm, i have now confiscated his phone, i have visions of mr random texter turning up at his uncles house all apologetic with choclates inhand, and the real uncle being baffled why mr random texter is helping himself to mince pies and tea.

Another totally random thing, i was watching come dine with me on sky today and the lady made a lovely lemon dessert thing, so im cooking that as we r having a big family lunch tomorrow when ev gets back.
melt butter add crushed biscuits, squish into rammekins,, then a can of condensed milk, and a carton of double cream with a zest and juice of a lemon, whisk all that up and put on top of biscuit base and chill. looked yummy, am gonna attempt after supper, hope it turns out !!! xxxx my baking always leaves alot to be desired!!! xx

I had a nice time overnight at Mums,came back this afternoon at 2pm ish.

relaxing tonight and watching Eastenders.First part is 6.10pm tonight dont forget then second part is 7.55pm would hate any one to miss that as its the wedding that pudding sounds scrummy Toni.

Won £17 on a double each way......

Mr MCgoldrick was ahead of all horses and I was screaming like mad:j :j:j....thought he would win but he came third :eek: still 33-1 he paid off almost more than the winner yayyyyy. I bought myself a nice bottle of wine :cool: have had nothing to drink for 5 days :cool:

Just made above dessert for tomorrows lunch and omg the topping is so sweet, me thinks a bit too sweet, condensed milk is verrrrrrry sweet, paul thinks the digestive base will balance it out, but i'm not too sure, so i have prepared a crumble just in case! xxx
