there seem to be so many 2010 challemges now! i guess peeps should just ain for one of them ... i think the 10k for 2010 is a bit much! lol im sticking with inning Christmas! XX

A bit disappointed, but only cos I never got any of mine for 2009 and thoguht perhaps expectations had been too high (although glancing through the new thread I think this year people are aiming even higher :rolleyes:)

Gonna just keep my own challenge - more attainable than the pie in the sky dreams that some have!

One of my hopefull win's is the Simpsons scene it board game, for 2010, so hopefully that will be achievable, if not I will hint for it for my birthday

My 10k challenge isn't a comp board challenge, its off the up your income thread, u start with a £100 then somehow work that up to £10,000, i plan to start with selling old cds to raise a £100, then buy and sell on ebay with those proceeds xxx
My personal comp challenge, evan picked for me was to win a prize from every letter of the alphabet! xxxxx

I just posted about this on the discussion board hun. I'm kinda confused with what is happening too

Personally I am going to do my own challenge, to which I'll add the cash estimates of any prizes I win towards. Happy for anyone else to tag along.

Just got back from the hospital because my kids want to sleep in their own beds, it's not fair on them to keep them up at the hospital.

All the machines that were keeping DH's Grandma alive have been switched off, just a waiting game now really. DH has come home with us, he wants to put the kids to bed & try keep their lives normal as possible. His Mum doesn't want to stay at the hospital overnight so is going home soon and will be waiting for a call from the hospital if/when anything happens, when DH's Grandad died (many years before I met him/his family) his Grandad lasted 3 days in a similar situation so his Mum knows what to expect to a certain degree.

DH going back to the hospital tomorrow if no change overnight, I've said I'm happy to stay at home with the kids so they don't feel pushed away being with other people ITMS.

Thank you once again everyone, both me & all the family are amazed at your kindness.

I didn't win any of my 2009 hopes so am carrying them over to 2010 as I still want to win them lol! That's my personal challenge anyway. I've ended up only comping when I feel like it because everything got too much for me this year, so if I aim for three things I can hunt out comps for those bits and when I feel like it I can comp for lots of other things too. My three things are a wii, a trip in a hot air balloon and some designer clothing or accessories. I know they're all big things but I reckon it's worth a go. Liking the alphabet one Toni - you'll have to update us so we know what letters you are waiting for! Wishing everyone the best of luck with your own comping challenges for 2010 xxx

And speaking of 2010 I was thinking about what I hope to get from the year. 2009 has been a strange one for me. I have had massive highs like Florida and the Top Down trip on a Harley, but also some difficult times too. For 2010 I want to be more like me again... leaving this depressed anxious state behind me and going back to the fun, motivated and happy me I used to know. That's deep I know but it's what I want and I'm really going to go for it.
