Snow now laid here too. Looks lovely but i'm freezing even with the heating & extra layers on!

Thanks for the heads up on that scam Amilucky. I get sick of all the spam emails. Keep getting a missed call on my mobile from an 0207 number but I'm sure this is a call centre number.

Got a Tobelle today too (with thanks) and ate it quickly before the kids seen it! Mmmm! My ds keeps finding the xmas goodies and eating them! He even pulled all the crackers the day after I put the tree up so I told him the money was coming out of his money box to replace them.

Looks like everyone is organised for chrimbo, I must be the only one not!

Hi all I have to have a rant sorry.

We put the tree up and the fibre optic light thibgy wouldn't work so my son and daughter took the thing apart and found the bulb had gone.

Fair enough. We got a replacement bulb, they put it in and switched it on and hey voila we had lights.

Some time while Eastenders was on it stopped working again it is only 2 years old and has been used a total of 5 weeks during that time.

I don't think it is unreasonable to expect the thing to last a bit longer than that so I am now spitting feathers.

It's snowing, the weather men have got it right for once.

I'm not ready for christmas yet wingobins, still got presents to buy and waiting delivery of a John smiths shirt for me brothers present, so your not alone.

my mum had a terrible time waiting when she had cancer.
i hope you get a cancellation appointment.
