Lloyds TSB service disaster - what I can do

Hi
I'm from Poland and when I came here 4 years ago I couldn't belive this XIX century banking system. WHat happend now?.
At June somebody stolen my card data and bought cinema ticket somewhere in Europe. I replaced my card and I'm not sure if VISA should refund this 10 pounds for me but they didn't. Probably to make me happy they charged me twice for same ticket . I claimed it three times but they didn't anything. At August I drove to Poland and tried to pay for petrol using my lloyds debit card but I couldnt and twice I paid by Barclays. In Hollena I called Lloyds to autorize my card ant have wait more than hour listning music in the phone. After it the unblocked my card and paid two previous bills which I paid by Barclays so i paid for this petrol twice. Today I opened my statment and sought that creditcheck charged me 12 pounds but I didn't order anything. I didn't visit any website. Is there some way to talk to bank because when I'm complaining something bank employees are like completely idiots.
