mortgages claim

Don't now if i am in the right place but over two years ago changed my mortgage with a broker from 'cartel' They done me a good deal and then they came back and told me that I was miss sold my last mortgage and had a claim BUT had to pay them £495 and if there was no claim I would get the payment back and they told me it would take 9 months. It been over 2 years and I have phoned them dozen of times,they first told me the soloicators had it then they said there was no case and now they are looking at it again all I want is a refund anyone got the same problem or any ideas what to do they keep giving me the run around

The company are on the web and called ConsumerCreditLitigationSolicitors.co.uk I recived a phone call from them saying there is a letter about my claim in the post today0
