Collections address's

Evening all!

I just wondered if anyone could help me out, i'm sending off some token payment letters to my debtors and looking for the correct collections address's for the following -

HSBC Credit card collections
HSBC Loan collections
Alliance & Leciester Loan collections

I had a look at the template letter to creditors sticky but couldn't find the info. If anyone could provide me with them or point me in the right direction that would be great.

If it helps at all I've been sending all my token payment letters to my own HSBC branch (for loan and overdraft), with a copy to : HSBC Bank plc, Customer Credit Services, PO Box 449, Salford M5 4WQ

I've repeatedly asked HSBC for their collections address with no success. The Salford address is the one in small type on the bottom of all the many letters they kindly send me...!

They seem to be getting the letters I send them using this approach.

Thought someone on here might know the full address's. Maybe i'm looking in the wrong place. Some help with the A&L address would be nice.

I think this address will work for you. I'm reluctant to try old addresses as A&L have merged into the Santander group:

Alliance & Leicester plc,
Customer service centre,
Carlton Park,
Narborough,
Leicester,
LE19 0AL.

or maybe better (probably more precise as it came from a loan default notice):

Alliance & Leicester Personal Finance Limited
