no worries, Dh doesn't want me to get a yoghurt maker says it will be a waste, but my youngest has the Munch Bunch drinking yogs and goes through 4 in a day, so I want to make drinking ones mainly, so will go ahead and buy a yoghurt maker I need to reduce our grocery bill too high IMO

I got given a yoguella machine earlier this week and have been experimenting with it and think I've actually managed to produce yoghurt that might be ok - the first lot ended up like cottage cheese.
I've just got one question, are you meant to put the jars into the fridge straight away, or let them cool first?2007 comping challenge - Won £25 / need £1040 -

No experience of that particular machine, but in answer to your question, *everything* that you are going to put in a 'fridge should be cooled *first* whether yogurt or otherwise.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
