Takes longer on some email accounts than others, could also be the high demand.

Maybe check your junk folders. If not just sit back and wait.

It seems to charge the £5 regardless of the voucher. (Certainly, BarclayCard secure required authorisation for the full amount, even if the receipt doesn't) - but i'm hoping that's just how their system 'ring-fences' the payment, and only the post-voucher amount is, in fact, taken.
