jeyes fluid stain on UPVC

Hi there! I have accidentally left the lid of a jeyes fluid container on my UPVC doorstep and forgot about it. Consequently there is now a horrid yellow-brown stain, I have tried to get it off and it hasn't been succesful, I used:- ajax cream, 60vol bleach (hairdressing kind - the most powerful you can get) I really thought that the bleach would work, but no! Anybody any ideas please? it looks so unsightly.......
