Quick Question guys please:
I have an HSBC credit card debt which they passed to First Credit. I have now received another letter from Allied International Credit, who say they are acting for their client HSBC. If HSBC sold the debt on to First Credit and First Credit have passed it onto AIC, then how can AICs client still be HSBC?

The debt may not have been sold.
HSBC passed the account to 1st to deal with, but weren't getting the results they wanted so then HSBC passed the debt to AIC to deal with. The debt is still owned by HSBA and the DCA's may be on a commission. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
