Veg chilli with a mixture of different beans served with Bulgar wheat.

Use the tomato cous cous to do roasted stuffed peppers, add some cheese on top.

Make a yoghurt cake with the yoghurt, sunflower oil, flour - just need some eggs/sugar.

Use the green pesto/pasta with some fresh mushrooms and soft cheese.

A sort of sheperdess pie? Put brown lentils in a pan then add one of the tins of tomatoes, fill the can up with water and add that to the pan. Now boil 'til they're soft. I think it would be nice to add a bit of red pesto to the mix as well. Add whatever veg you've got handy too. Pour into baking tray and slice the tinned new potatoes thinly and lie them on the top. Now sprinkle them with a handful or two of cous cous (makes a nice crispy breadcrumby topping) and some cheese.
You've got quite a lot of stuff there- you could probably go for weeks to be honest.

    - bread mixes for the bases (roll out dough and leave to ris eif you want deep crusts)

    - top with the pasta sauce from the jar, add anything you like to the top.

Make up a victoria sponge, put some into individual bowls and cover with angel delight. Chill it. Sounds sickly and naughty, my kids love it. Can add tinned fruit or anything before adding the angel delight.

    Long grain brown rice
    Sweet brown rice

    Millet

With your rice, cous cous or bulgar wheat you can do a mixed veggie stirfry (onions, mushrooms, brocolli - whatever you have). Make a salad with vegetables such as peppers, sweetcorn, onion.
Oat flakes - what are they, am assuming they are like porridge oats......
mix with melted butter/marg for a biscuit base for cheesecake.
Or mix with some flour and butter to make a pastry to make a quiche lining.

    Wholewheat elbows
    Wholewheat shellsx3bags
    3 boxes lasagne sheets
    Egg noodles
    Penne
    Pasta nests
    Tricolour pasta
    2 x tomato cous cous

Plenty of recipes for pasta already on the forum, and as you don't want pasta recipes will say no more.

    Sunflower seeds
    Popcorn

No idea what to do with popcorn. However, sunflower seeds are nice when mixed in with your home made bread. They are also quite tasty when roasted.

    Beans-dry
    Soy
    Chickpeas
    Butter beans
    Blackeye beans
    Red lentils
    Green lentils
    Brown lentils

Loads of recipes springing to mind. You can make dip with chickpeas (and really with the rest). You can do soups. You can make make dhal with the red, green or brown lentils. You can make lentil salads with vinaigrette dressing. Make veggie shepherds pie using lentils as base instead of mince.
You can use your beans and pasta together - lasagne, pasta bake.

If you do a search for chickpeas on here there is a recipe for burgers. Grate a carrot and onion then blitz a tin of kidney beans and chickpeas roughly in the food processer. Mix beand and veg together and add some flavours. I added garlic, lemon juice, cumin and corriander. Make into little burger shapes and bake in the oven till brown.
Serve this with your chilli sauce maybe.
