Im on a DMP with the CCCS and one of my creditors is MBNA  they still send me a statement each month and i have just noticed that they are still charging me interest. I pay them £50 a month and they are charging me 33.97 interest which means i am only paying £16.03 a month. Its going to take me forever to pay this off
Can they do this? What should i do the full debt is £2180:mad:
Thanks in advance

Firstly have you spoken to the CCCS, if so what do they say?
Otherwise a direct apparoach to MBNA would be your best option, are they charging you reduced interest at all? Call ask for lower interest?
Will your circumstances change as you may more of your debtors? If that is the case then eventually more money will go to MBNA so it may not take as long as you think.
