You are in debt. You are scared. You see no solution to your problems. But there is a solution somewhere that is right for you and yours, whether it is DMP, IVA or bankruptcy.Whatever the means, the result has to be worth it - being out of debt and having your life back again. BK will stay on your credit files for six years (as will a DMP or IVA), but the actual term of it will be 1 year (unless there's a problem like gambling), some people get discharged after 6 months.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0
