Try typing your message with no punctuation, especially apostrophes. Sometimes their system does not seem to like certain keyboard characters. This has worked for me in the past when I got this message.

The more proper your email sounds the more success:
"I am wanting some sweets to try" or
"I am currently in the process of sourcing confectionery for a soon to be opened corner shop in the Dundee area. I am looking for suppliers of confectionery in this area but unfortunately I have been unsuccessful in finding a supplier of Foxs goods.
Could you please provide me with information regarding suppliers in my area and if possible samples of your product range to aid in the decision of my purchases.
