I have a house in Greece that is 8/10th complete but the ready cash has now run out.
Whats the best way of financing the remainder? - is it possible to get a mortgage from a UK loaner/mortgage company for such a property?, or should i go for a short term loan?

Re my property in Greece - I sold my UK property to finance the build in Greece, and now need to top up my monies to finish the project.
Which is best - a short term loan, or try to get a small mortgate of around £20k to cover it? I am in full time employment and could secure agfainst my pension lump sum if needs be, or some endowments I have?0
