Not strange to me. If you buy from an M&S Outlet you can't return to an M&S Store. Different stock, tills are set differently etc (just an example)

I also bought from Argos Clearance on ebay a few weeks ago and the item arrived within 2days, without any problems.

sorry didn't mean to offend, only trying to help out other people in getting a good value tv and letting them know mine and friends experience.....what have i done wrong?

Stand down mobby lol they do sell argos stock but act entirely separately to the main argos stores. Theres a shop in walsall town centre, one of my colleagues goes there regularly.

I doubt argos store staff would know of the clearance stores existance to be honest.
