    Thank you so much - we were thinking of getting the playset for DS3 as he's really into Happyland right now, but the £50 ELC wanted on their site was a bit steep for us, so I've just ordered the Debenhams one - forgot they carried ELC too.

    For those that ordered....mine (and several others others on HDUK ) when it arrived was different to that in the picture, missing the police station and a market stall....i called them up ( again, as did those from HDUK ) and received a 20% refund, still very happy with my bargain! x
