Very standard actually. Fix rates are typically fixed to a date (it is based on how the money is funded in the markets). I would be extremely surprised if the end date of the fixed period wasn't stated on the offer.0

It's scarcely sneaky, mickey. You have actually had 5 years and 20 days at the fixed rate, rather than 5 years, which is a benefit.0
