Usually you cant return cosmetics.
Assuming you want to order the 2 sharpeners and get the gift then keep gift and take sharpeners back??? The gift also shows on your receipt as I got this last time they were in stock. So if you were allowed to refund you would need to take the gift back also

Oh right, no you cant refund or exchange make up.
Best to go into a store and look at colors then come back and order
