i heard that about blind people too

i sleep but don't go into deep sleep enough so i'm always tired. i have restless leg syndrome at night which is linked to migraine, but basically i want to move my arms and legs and can't sit still, i fidget at night and tap my feet. this disturbs my sleep. i've been a lot better since went br - the month up to br date i was really bad. oh well, things could be worse!

i'm glad to hear you're feeling a bit better and you've got work now, double bonus

it's quiet in here tonight, we're propping up the bar being all serious

What exactly is it what happens with leg and arms. Is it in a similar way to when people shake or have synvites dance?

it's like an urge to move arms and legs - mainly legs but my arms are doing tonight. it's like sitting still is painful, if i move legs it eases it. i just fidget because it helps
sounds crazy and hard to describe. i'm not twitching involuntarily or anything. but it is linked to parkinsons i think
