Fed up with being housebound so I went out with a couple of neighbours to shovel the snow in the street. We've managed to get 2 cars out so ours is next - only problem neighbours have all gone back inside. I persuaded OH to come to Tesco with me so I hope our car makes it up the road. Wish me luck!

Hope you made to back from tescos ok FYP. We have just got back, my DD had her heart set on some boots but they were £30!!!! i managed to find another pair she liked for £15 so all ok in the end.. spent more than I should have as it was.. this is why I prefer tesco.com I dont spend too much!

I had to put my foot down with OH, he had his eye on a 42" lcd tv.. but we have the money he says. I ended up shouting at him saying NO we dont need one!! he laughed at the fact that it was normally the other way round!

Tesco was packed, and it started snowing bad on the way home... just in time for work tomorrow!!

Yes, we made it back ok and didn't buy a tv either (although I've had my eye on that one!). We bought DS the 22" one with Ipod holder for Christmas.

We have a great tv, its 32" about 2 years old. OH wants 10"more.. so do i..
ahem.

serious, we dont need it he wants to put the downstairs one in the bedroom. I have told him no.. iv said he can have one once we have saved up 10k.

ps was that a man's idea of 10" or a woman's?

glad you got out ok FYP - i just nipped to the shop drove for the 1st time in a week so did not like it, battery was flat too but have my trusty car booster thing

now ladies i do hope it will be kept clean tonight,im a shy retiring type you know :p:D
