BR and Paypal

Hello, I am an online soletrader and frequently use Paypal to process order payments. Where does this account stand when declaring bankruptcy and that dreaded SOA!!

Hi....make sure there is no money floating in the Paypal account.

The OR had no issues with mine...as I use it solely for paying, I asked CAB advisor whether to include its presence on my BR forms....she said not to bother if the account had nothing in it....the OR was the same.

Accounts used for receipts may be different, however....we await the advice of others in this respect?

Hi,
I am also an online, sole trader & use paypal but since going br, I now use my hubbies paypal account for all my selling/buying. (it was only me who went br & we have separate finances)

Previous to my br, I didnt have any money in my paypal account anyway,

Following on from this, I am also a small sole trader nd use paypal, I am thinking of either closing this down or transferring it over to my husband (the ebay account), any views on this please?
