Length Of Debt.
Can any one answer this question for me please ?
I purchased some items Eight years ago on a credit scheme where you pay nothing for the first year and then start making payments. A year went by and i totally for got about it. There was no contact from the company at all to remind me.
I have just heard from them now saying that they want paying. My question is: Am i obligated to pay them after Seven years?

If you have any morals you would pay what you owe .You bought the stuff why do you think someone else should pay it for you? And someone will have to pay it back someday with all the extra taxes and cutbacks. This is what has the world econemy ****ed.PAY YOUR DEBTS

Generally I'd agree with Mike in principle. But, if they didn't even send you a letter or set up a Direct Debit? "Statute Barred! Go away. Good day."Starting Debt: ~£20,000 01/01/2009. DFD: 20/11/2009 :j
