I just joined the tasting club. :D

I've changed my frequency to 'every 12 weeks' just in case I forget to cancel but will set a reminder on my phone to do it too.

Bit annoyed though, I should have £5 cashback from Asda and it has tracked at £0.00 (in October). Tried to raise an enquiry and they wont accept enquiries for this merchant. !!!!!!.

Sammy, good idea re co-codamol, I would kill for some but have run out of the over-the-counter strength, and only have the prescription strength stuff, which makes me sometimes feel drunk and chilled, and sometimes sick and dizzy. It's like pharmaceutical russian roulette...

    So take half of one...

Pooky, Ryan really enjoyed himself thanks. It's an ICT club so basically they just mess about on computers. Apparently Ryan managed to get himself online and find a game called 'War Mania' (or something), which involves blowing up enemy tanks... Very well balanced, my son.

Well he could be playing Half-life 2 - cutting zombies in half with giant circular-saw blades...

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
