Cashback with hotels.com - tracking amount?

Just booked some hotels with hotels.com. All track very quickly, but amounts are odd. Anyone know on what basis they track? i.e. I know some sites don't count VAT, delivery, etc....

they base the value on the price of the hotel less VAT and their fees, btw sometimes you can use vouchers for discount and still get the tracking on quidco. otherwise its safer to just use the voucher as the discount is upfront and you don't need to worry about quidco tracking successfully.0
