I'm only going to tell you how much i've spent if you promice not to shout at me....ok, £42.00 on pilartes lessons. I know, i know but, and there is always a but...i've been doing them on and off for four years and whenever I stop my back plays up something chronic (prolapsed disc). £42 will take me through to September. Is anyone going to shout at me?

Oh, and another thing, when my back is bad I can't work and as i'm self employed this means no money. I've justified the money as insurance! Lol!

That's an investment in your health, though could you pick up a cheap DVD and do it at home? I've similar back problems, so I understand how important it is to keep up exercise in order to keep pain at bay. After my op, I joined a gymn for 3 months and the instructor there took me through some exercises that would re-strengthen my back. I then left the gymn after the 3 months and continued the exercises at home! Needs some willpower and motivation sometimes!

As for spending today, just work travel which will be reimbursed.

Interesting meeting at work - several colleagues saw the reclaim bank charges programme last night and I gave out this website address to all the attendees! That's my nerdy work done for today!

The thing is, excuses again!!!, because of my back I have to do lots of the exercises differently and i'd be scared of doing more harm than good. Saying that...I only go out once a month, don't smoke, don't drink much so....excuses, excuses!!!!

Only you know if it's an excuse or not! You do what is best for you and it is your money, you're not accountable to us (even though it probably feels like it!) :D

Pleased to say I haven't spent anything. I did meet my friend for coffee at lunchtime, but he very kindly paid for mine as I was having a really stressful day at work.

Actually finished up on £6 in Tesco. only slightly annoyed with self on this one, would have been more like £4 if I hadn't been sucked in by some kipling cakes. Will now vow to learn how to make them myself for half the price!

Spent £2.40 in the bakery, and spent some money online ordering perfume for my mum but she will give me the money for it.

Spent £21.39 at Sainsburys today. That is much more than I normally spend in a week but I did need (want) quite a bit of stuff. I had been sent a £2 voucher when you spend more than £20 so I used that so actually paid out £19.39.

About £3.50 was non food ie washing powder and washing up liquid.
