Welcome Refund
Just got back off holiday yesterday and sat waiting for me on the doormat was a unexpected letter from Welcome Finance. It basically said that they had upgraded their computer system last year and after reviewing this new system it had become apparent that when i settled my loan early last year i had been overcharged to the tune of £100.53.The letter included a cheque for £108.57,the original amount plus a £8.04 goodwill payment.
Has anybody else had the same thing happen?
