Capquest Debt Recovery

I had a loan with Citifinancial which had some arrears. My last contact with them was via Capital Collections, a part of Citifinancial. It was agreed that once I paid 3 months of my contractual amount the arrears would be added to the term of the loan. Out of the blue I got an email from the above asking for full repayment of £7000. Citi did not tell me what was happening. I do not have that money and Capquest have given me until Thursday 19th November to pay. What advice can anybody give. Thanks.

ignore their silly deadlines, its a scare tatic. Instead write to citi customer relations dept stating your case.
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
  • Tried ringing but the Capital Collections dept has closed. What action should I take to hold off any court action. Desperate at the moment.
