Mortgage calculator that includes all the set-up fees?

Hi
I'm trying to research the best mortgage for buying a new house. I'm only looking for a fairly modest mortgage <£100k and I plan to pay off a large part of that in the next 18 months. With a short term, low value mortage, fees start becoming a significant bit of the cost. I want to be able to compare overall cost of mortgage including account the set-up fees, product fees, survey fees, valuation fees etc etc.
The on-line mortgage calculators don't appear to take these fees (which seem to be growing all the time) into account in working out best mortgage. Anyone come across a mortgage calculator that takes account of all the various fees?
