BEACON GONE! - Mortgage with defaults - Please Help!

Hi All,

i was in the middle of processing a mortgage through Beacon when we have been told this weekend they have now pulled any applications which havent already had an offer!

Myself and my partner can provide upto 35% deposit on a £180,000 house we are purchasing, however we both have defaults totalling £12,000 (which we are repaying monthly)

Please Help anyone!!

Any ideas where i can now go with Beacon out of picture?

    A lot will depend on when those defaults were registered. There may be options dependent on the answer to that question. You'll need a broker but I guess you have one of those already as Beacon don't deal directly with customers. I would also suppose it is dependant on what lenders your broker has available to him.
