Hi everyone

Very confused by this offer!

I ordered some DVD’s on 5th Nov as it stated the offer.

Then a whole bunch of CD’s on 16th Nov (3 of each title).

I’ve now found out that the offer only applies to one of each title (so will have to send a lot back) and am not sure whether I’ll get the extra points on the dates I’ve ordered.

Do I need to place a whole new order now?

Can anyone clarify whats happening with the offer?

Fab just ordered Needed the Michael McIntyre dvd for my SIL as her christmas present so was pleased to find that in the offer.

Just to confirm that anybody who ordered on Monday and Tuesday will get their points. I have this in writing in case of any problems later (call me a cynic, but I am expecting them on a large scale)!

Hi PinkTiger, I got all my points through. I couldn't remember when I ordered, but according to this it was on the Monday or Tuesday!

Funny, I got my statement today and I cant see any extra points on there, guess I need to call customer services?

I got all mine! Maybe it was the three VERY long calls to customer services that did it!
