Double Standards

Hello

This is a great site & i have finally decided to make my first post. However before i post details of my dire financial situation. I would like to know your opinions on something that really annoys me.

On the websites for Payplan/CCCS it states they are supported & funded by the credit industry. Payplan actually states their supporters include the likes of HSBC, Barclaycard etc.

While i know agencies like Payplan do a great job, i have read numerous posts of people going to these agencies & still bieng treated appallingly by the likes of HSBC, Barclaycard etc. I cannot understand why they would spend money supporting an agency like Payplan & then on the other hand trying to undermine it. Can anybody out their shine any light.

Thanks

Who ever would have thought that once the CIA was funding the taliban?

    Strange thing is business.

Now go declare your own fatwa on HSBC and a jihad on Barclays and get debt free.

to protect their reputation & ultimately their business- to come across as being social responsible- similar to gambling industry supporting programmes for gambling.
