Hi All,
Are there any available mortgage products without tie-ins (early repayment charge) available at the moment?
I have 15% for house upto 250k

HSBC Tracker Mortgages have no tie in period, overpayment fees or ERCs. But it does cost £1000 in set up costs, and apparently are quite picky on who they accept.
Rate for 90% LTV (next step is 75%) is BOE + 4.39%0 -
