Shoe heels worn after 2 wears - should i complain?

I bought some shoes from Primark & have worn them only twice but already the heels have worn right down to the metal.
I know I probably shouldnt expect too much from a pair of primark shoes but i really dont want to be re-heeling them after every 2 wears!
Do you think i have the right to complain & ask for a refund?
Any help would be great, thanks.

Even cheap shoes should last longer then that, so yes take them back..♥♥♥Life is too short to wake up with regrets ♥ So love the people who treat you right. ♥ Forget about the one’s who don’t ♥ Believe everything happens for a reason ♥ If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands ♥ If it changes your life, let it ♥ Nobody said life would be easy, they just promise it would be worth it ♥0

I would say take them back but if they give you another pair they will probably do the same.
If you really like them it might be worth just taking them to your local shoemakers and getting some new heel tips put on which will last a great deal longer.0 -

LOL to above and to me (the blind sod) who read your post as:
"Shoe heels worn after 2 years - should i complain?"
I thought - "the cheeky person. What do they expect?"Look at it this way... In a hundred years who's gonna care?0 -

I guess it depends how far you walked in them?
I mean if each wear was for a 60 mile hike over various peaks in The Lakes then you've done ok.
Or maybe you weigh over 30 stone?0 -
I thought it said 'years' also. Was a bit shocked at people saying to take them back and they should last longer than that..lolMay £10 a day challenge£19.61/£310Ebay challenge...£12.61/£2000

It's worth a go taking them back, but I think they'd probably just offer you an exchange for another pair. Every pair of shoes I've bought from Primark have practically started disintigrating after a couple of short wears but when you've paid £4/£5 for them it's probably best to chuck them. You get what you pay for imo.0
