Looking for a decent make LCD TV around 22" for childrens bedroom x

Hello
I am looking to buy a decent brand/name flat LCD TV that can be on a stand or wall mounted pref around 22" for my childrens bedroom.
I missed out on a Grundig 22" in Argos Clearence but anything like that would be perfect.
Looking to spend as close to £120 as poss (or less would be nice lol)
Anyone any ideas or know of any sales/clearances I should know about?
Thanks
xxx

argos clearance on ebay have a few different ones not sure about sizes, link here somewhere - think its under the bush offer in grabbit board and remember to go through some of the cashback sites for the link to ebay ( paypal or quidco? sorry dont have time to check)

found link for the bush offer (sold out but will show what now available) http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BUSH-22IN-HD-READY-DIGITAL-LCD-TV-NEW_W0QQitemZ350279894363QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_AudioTVElectronics_Video_Televisions?hash=item518e4f055b

  • Chose some glasses in the 'two pairs for £90' offer at Asda. Amazed at the good quality available. Mine are titanium, which usually cost a lot more than standard plastic or other metal frames, yet were available in this offer. The second impressive thing was the make,'Stepper'. Most other frames, including those bearing high fashion names, are made by the same two companies. Stepper is a German firm, who manufacture their own frames, with the emphasis on fit and comfort, and who have been manufacturing their own high-standard frames for many, many, years. The styles are not bad eithe, although of course it is a matter of taste, but I think they are as modern and stylish as any other make.
Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!

not sure what the above post is all about but they obviosly need glasses!

  • Hi, I bought the Mikomi of the ebay argos clearance site-excellent tv plus a reputable dealer with a good name to protect. btw I bought a 16 inch widescreen which i gotta tell you we found is plenty big enough for a bedroom. I have some knowledge of the TV industry and I really wouldn't worry too much about a brand name these days-there are only so many manufacturers of flat screens (samsung being one of the better known ones) and really the brand name is down to the importer/final seller and many tvs whethr branded or unbranded are identical in many ways . I would suggest the main criteria you should be worried about is guarantee and customer service/reputation of where you actually purchase the tv. thats probably the most important buying factor, along with price, in today's electronics
  • I bought one of these for my boy yesterday. I had a quick scout around a few electrical stores and bought a Matsui 22 flat tv with freeview (no DVD...I didnt want it with dvd) for £179.99 from Currys. They were all around the same price. But I wasnt tempted by the wall bracket for 50quid!!! no ta!

You can get a 16 for £100 in asda or poundstretchers but they do look tiny. Poundstretchers also have a 19 with built in dvd for £179.99.
    May £10 a day challenge
    £19.61/£310
    Ebay challenge...£12.61/£200
