An update took back my 'gift' with no receipt and got 50 voucher today i plan to go to another oasis for something else as it is 20% off so still saving money on my original 20 spend now i can get a 55 jumper and a necklace

Yes, try to take your 'present' back to another store, I looked in the southend branch of Oasis and they didn't have any of the things I ordered, load of rubbish in store!

OK, I decided to be honest and send back the stuff I didn't want (most of my order tbh!) to Oasis... posted it all back, got proof of postage and sent the invoices with price reductions clearly marked etc.. but just received an email saying that they have refunded the full price of all the returned items to my card!! I feel guilty, even though I did everything I could to illustrate the correct price I paid!!!

Check your bank statement. My OH received this message but they actually refunded the amount he paid. I'm waiting to see what they refund me for a few things I sent back, but I'm expecting the price I paid TBH.

Which store? I was rudely told there was nothing they could do without a receipt...I wouldn't mind but the thing i was taking back has gone down to pretty much what I paid anyway!

I went into store just last week before the sale started and they wouldn't give me credit note but they allowed me to exchange it for anything up to the value on tkt so got myself a fab jumper £50 down to £30 and a beautiful pink top £40 all for the £28 i had pd for my dress in the beginning. real pleased!
