Furniture vilage sale now vs January sales

We are thinking of buying a new sofa and have seen one in furniture village - currently up to 50% off and I have got a voucher code for 5% off and further 5% for using cashback site.

But do you think there will be any better savings in the January sales - its been a long time since we bought anything like this and the furniture stores seem to have constant sales on!!??
