Loan charges
Has anyone tried claiming back monthly fees for late payment on a car loan? I pay a reduced amount each month through Consumer Credit Counselling Service. Have been doing this for last 3 years. Blackhorse were charging monthly late payment fees of about £30. They agreed to stop charging interest and fees from Jan 2009 but I want to try and reclaim some of the charges and interest before this. I have offered to give the car back but as it has dropped in value a lot I would still owe a lot. Can anyone help?
