Help with setting a poll on bankers bonuses

Hi folks,
Due to the Queens speech Im planning to do a poll to collect views on bankers bonuses.
I've done a speedy draft and would love any thoughts on options i've missed.
(NOTE options must be simple and stick on one line)
Any thoughts...
Should bankers bonuses be stopped?
Legislation’s being muted to control big bonus’s for uber earners in City investment banks (e.g. not the high street banks – think the likes of Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan & UBS).
Which of these is closest to your view.
No rules whatsoever. It’s an international industry let the market decide
No Rules for private sector banks. Yet limit them for the ones govt. rescued.
Reward long term results. It’s not the amount, just don’t award short term risk taking
Cap the amount. Have a panel to set an annual limit.
Stop all big bonuses. The amount simply isn’t right.

Make the bonuses more difficult to acheive rather than huge bonuses for just doing their job.0
