Sorry, another one.....
Can someone tell me how the woolwich mortgage reserve account works. I would just phone and ask, but they seem to be somewhat part time
From research it appears, that there is upto £20k available for home improvements, at the standard variable rate. Now is this amount only upto 85% of the property value? or will it go up to more than that?
