Buy to Let advice please

Hi All
After trying to sell my house, without luck, I have again decided to see if I would be able to get a Buy To Let mortgage.

My current house is worth £169K with a £44K mortgage; the house I would like to purchase is £200K; joint salaries total £33K; estimated rental income on current home £600 per month.

I have tried to get information (on the web) to see if I would be able to get a mortgage for this but I'm getting nowhere. Can anyone please give me advise or point me in the right direction.
Thanks.

Without knowing your details it is difficlut to say however:

It may be possible to raise some funds from your current property on a BTL basis, and then get a mortgage on the new property

DO you already have a deposit for the new purchase?

I know that Britannia Building Society do NOT offer Buy to let mortgages but they can refer you to company that do, may be worth giving them a call??

    Thanks very much for answering.

This is how I thought I would be able to raise the funds, as for as a deposit is concerned I could raise a deposit if necessary depending on the amount. What further info would you need?
