natwest loan

My natwest insurance is currently paying my natwest loan. They recently wrote to say that they had paid 12 months insurance and would be paying no more.(Thats strange cos not even been unemployed for 12 months yet) By my calculations they have only paid 11 months. I rang up the natwest people and they said yes they have only paid 11. I realised I haqdnt had any bank statements for a while(we dont use this account anymore, only for loan) so went to the bank to question why as i wanted these to prove only 11 had been paid.
Well for a start we havent been getting any for a while because they apparantly have been sent back for"return and destroy"???????
Also i have loads of money in my account from the insurance company because the bank cancelled to D Debit for the loan without telling us,apparantly we should go in and transfer money each time the insurance comes in.
The loan ins is with natwest into natwest account and natwest loan.
Its only been like this since we claimed and recieved unfair bank charges,the assistant asked me if we had done this and when i said has this happened because of this, she was very shady and said oh no, that wouldnt be right.

Do you know what this return and destroy thing is? they tried to blame the post office but i noticed on their computer screen it was since we claimed charges and it was about 5 lots.

could be they only paid 11 months as you have to wait 30 days before you can claim?
