Anyone Know Of A Mortgage For Land

We have a site and have got a mortgage in place for the land and the build - comes as sort of a package deal. The thing is we may be putting the build off for a little while, and we just need to know what our options are, the company we're with will not lend money for just the land so if we decide not to build straight away we have to go elsewhere. Only I'm not sure if any lenders have mortgages for land alone - anyone know??
