hello everyone,
im just wondering if bankrupcy is an option to me, i have 24000 in debt, i have 8 creditors i cant make my min monthly payments due to the overtime i have lost at work.
i have a mortgage of about 90000 and although houses were i live go up for sale at 105 to 110 thousand i know they are selling for a lot less than that probably 95000.
the stress of not being able topay bills is doing my head in i also have some mortgage arrears but im gonna contact the bank tomorrow to try and resolve that.ive had the morgage for 5 years and this is the first year ive missed payments
it is soooo depressing , any help and advise would be great
oh is there a chance i could lose my house???

Hi and welcome to the forum. Have you contacted any of the debt agencies for advice? If not then please do so as there maybe another way forward for you. BR should be the last option, but it is not the end of the world, there are thousands in your position at the moment. If your outgoings are more than your incomes, then yes technically BR is an option.:pB&SC No. 298
