Hi
Just recieved my DP on Friday and believe there are things missing, Letters they sent to me and vice versa plus there is no complaints paperwork. I often put my complaints through while speaking on the phone to them but even so there still should be paperwork for it, shouldnt there?? (I know now that that was maybe the wrong way to do it!!) I phoned them up the same day and they told me they would ask for all my files again And look again for what i believe is still missing. Another long wait I presume. Has anybody else had the same problem and was the wait a long one for the rest of the DP?
Also, can anybody help me, As im trying to find out the correct date I applied for maintence, is it called a MAF?? And also when the CSA got into contact with NRP after I applied, Is it called a MEF?? Im really not sure what the paperwork would look like! Would they both be like a form?? Is that a daft question??
I am wanting to put in a complaint on the way they have handled my case over the last few years , claim for loss of maintance through CSA not doing there correct job, also claiming for maladministration as there was and still is mistakes that they have done, Not closing case down properly, complaints not being answered etc etc. The list goes on! Could anybody give me any advice on the best way to do this? Got mountains of paperwork in front of me! Sorry for the questions Just not knowing where to start really or how to start!
Thanks x

yes your original application is called a MAF (Maintenance Application Form) and the NRP form is the MEF (Maintenance Enquiry Form). So you are trying to establish the date you applied and see what the delay was between them receiving it and then sending out the MEF?
List each error in order and how it has impacted on your finances.0 -
Yes I have found my MAF now but cant find a MEF? or anything as to when they got into contact with my ex?? Is there any other kind of paperwork that would show this or do you think these could be missing to? I know payments plan didnt start until a year later!
Thanks for the information will try and get things in order! The DP jumps in date so I presume thats got to be my 1st job, Must buy an a4 pad now and a few pens, lol, can see this being a bit off a long process to make sure I get everything down and in date order as to when events happened is that right?
Thanks again0
