Frozen Sea Bream - what to do with it?

Hi,
I am trying to empty my freezer, as we are moving in a week or so... I bought 2 whole sea bream from the fish counter a few months ago as it was on offer, and put in in the freezer... I never used it as I wasn't sure what to do with it!!
So my questions are: Will it still be OK? and what's the best way to serve it?
Thanks!

I usually bake bream....stuff cavity with dill, fennel or thyme, season fish with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil....its easier if you put fish on large piece of aluminium foil and fold foil over top of fish. You could add a small amount of white wine if you have any open before you cover fish. Place in heated oven and cook at 180 for about 20 mins...I am assuming that each fish is a one portion size, you will need to cook a little longer if they are larger but be careful not to overcook them.

Oooh that sounds lovely Marie - I'll look forward to it now. I assume it is probably OK after so long in the freezer then?
Thanks again0
