hi all just a quicky ...i forgot to take the beef out the freezer last nite for today for our sunday roast so just wondering if theres a way around this...is it possible to cook from frozen??? or shall i stick it in microwave,,,its the only meat weve got so i NEED it :confused:

    I'd stick it in the microwave - just make sure that you cook it thoroughly.

    I don't know how big your beef is but if you put it in the microwave on defrost for about half an hour, then leave it till later it will be ok to cook in the oven..

  • i have a weight defrost on my microwave that seems to work pretty well on timings for most things...
