Sharp LC26P50 LCD TV

At Richer Sounds for £399.95. One of the best LCD TV's there is for watching standard definition (SD) sources. Also (IMHO) as good as any HD TV for viewing HD material at normal viewing distances.

I purchased this TV from Richer Sounds in Southampton just over a week ago (grr at the higher price of £499) Its an excellent TV cannot fault it at all or the service from Richer sounds. One thing I recommend though is that you check out the returns policy as I was told there were no returns unless the set was faulty. This policy is fair enough but having purchased a previous one from argos that was rubbish I was a little bit dubious about parting with hard earned cash.

I highly recommend this TV if anyone has any questions on it feel free to send me a message!

Just in case anyone was wondering the size etc:-

An elegant 26 inch Sharp LCD television in a slim design. Sharp Black TFT screen technology will give a consistently strong picture, even in sunlight, and Sharp Advanced Super View allows perfect viewing from angles of up to 170° to the screen. A quick response time reduces blurring on fast moving scenes.

At Argos you have no chance to see what the picture is like, or how the set behaves, before purchasing. Therefore if it doesn't match your expectations for how you would believe a set as described by them to perform, you are perfectly within your rights to return it.

Original poster: could you change the subject to add something meaningful like "LCD TV" please?
Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.

I'm pretty sure you can go to CS and ask them to show you it working before buying it:)
